Mark is HR Director and a member of the firm’s Leadership Board.
An experienced HR professional, he has held HR leadership roles for over 20 years in the accountancy, real estate and automotive sectors. He joined the firm in 2022, having previously held the position of Group HR Director at Hammerson plc.
Mark works with members of the senior leadership team to agree the people strategy and priorities, ensuring that these are aligned with the commercial and cultural needs of the firm.
With a broad HR and commercial background, Mark is highly skilled in aligning strategy and execution and oversees the firm’s HR, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D and ED&I functions. In addition, he is the firm’s executive sponsor for Equality, Diversion and Inclusion.
