Jason specialises in all aspects of personal and corporate taxation for private clients and owner-managed businesses, and the various transactions associated with them, including capital gains and inheritance tax planning. He also has in-depth share valuation experience.
Jason has extensive experience in advising private clients who are domiciled outside the U.K on the remittance basis. He also has experience in offshore tax and structuring matters.
Jason regularly reports as an expert in family proceedings on share valuation and tax and forensic accountancy matters and has given evidence before the High Court.
Additionally, Jason is the author of ‘Tax and Family Breakdown’ published by the Law Society.

Jason plays the drums in a band, is an avid squash player and a keen cyclist. He is interested in films and musicals, current affairs and scientific and creative endeavours. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
