Eunice provides assurance and business advisory services to private companies, entrepreneurs and not-for-profit entities in both the private and public sector across Scotland and the UK, many of whom have overseas interests.
Eunice is known for her pragmatic approach and works closely with her clients to find solutions to issues, whether they are starting up, growing their business or looking for exit options.
She enjoys helping clients navigate the accounting and financial reporting requirements of UK GAAP and IFRS.
Key experience
- Eunice has a wealth of experience working with businesses across many sectors, including education, aviation, oil and construction services, manufacturing and tourism,
- Significant experience in the aquaculture sector, including auditing UK and internationally owned businesses, as well as providing transactions support and assisting with business growth planning,
- Eunice has an interest in financial reporting, specialising in UK GAAP, and has been a Board Member of ICAEW’s Corporate Reporting Faculty since 2021,
- Assisting clients through the process of buying and selling their businesses to maximise value, including business valuations and restructuring.
Interests
Outside of work Eunice enjoys travelling and socialising, and is currently working to improve her French.
