Catherine is a Senior Tax Manager in the Saffery London Tax Advisory Team and joined the firm in August 2022.
Prior to joining Saffery, Catherine worked for Ernst & Young in Jersey, Channel Islands where she provided UK tax advice to high-net-worth individuals with links to the UK on the re-domiciliation, set up and implementation of offshore structures.
She started her career at Evelyn Partners where her core client base consisted of non-UK domiciled individuals and landed estates.
Catherine advises a diverse portfolio of clients on their personal UK tax affairs; however, she specialises in providing UK tax advice to high-net-worth international individuals, family offices and trustees.
She has completed two charterships and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and a CIOT Chartered Tax Advisor.

- Advising on the set up and implementation of offshore structures with a particular focus on offshore structures established in the Channel Islands and British Virgin Islands,
- Assisting individuals, trustees, and executors with complex disclosures to HM Revenue & Customs,
- Providing training sessions to onshore and offshore corporate trustees on the key UK tax considerations for onshore and offshore trusts,
- Providing UK tax advice to UK resident and non-UK resident individuals on the purchase of UK land and property,
- Assisting with expert witness work in matrimonial proceedings.
Interests
- Catherine has a passion for horse riding, horse racing, Lacrosse and the outdoors. She regularly competes in horse events, attends racing events and volunteers as a fence judge at her local point to point racecourse.
