Anna sits within the firm’s Business Advisory and Assurance Team, providing services to owner managed businesses and larger national groups with turnovers from £500,000 to £150 million across multiple sectors.
Anna is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor and her priority is to provide a rounded service bringing together these disciplines.
Anna is a member of the firm’s Entrepreneurs Practice Group and National Valuation Forum.
Key experience
Examples of advisory work include:
- Providing commercial and tax valuations for purposes such as share schemes, management buyouts and probate,
- Reviewing the accounting and tax implications of group re-organisations,
- Advising on the most tax efficient exit strategy for winding up a business,
- Tax planning for clients to extract funds in the most efficient way personally and for the business.
Interests
Anna, originally from London, now lives in the Mendips and spends a lot of her spare time playing at the local tennis club and going to matches when she can. Otherwise she enjoys hiking with friends and sourcing good country pubs.
