Andrew is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance team and advises a mixture of private equity, corporate and private clients on businesses ranging from SMEs to AIM listed groups.
His role primarily focuses on corporate acquisitions/disposals, management buy-outs/ins and other general M&A and transaction services advice, working regularly on cross-border transactions with the firm’s Nexia associates. Andrew is also experienced in the provision of SPA advisory services.
Additionally, Andrew focuses on valuations, both corporate and single joint expert in nature, and provides reporting accountant services for both AIM and Main Market – Standard List admissions.
Andrew is a member of the firm’s national valuation group, chairs the London Office Business Advisory Business Plan Steering Group and is an active member of the firm’s Professional Practices and Financial Services Practice Group.
Key experience
- Providing financial due diligence services; including buy-side due diligence to assist in the validation of investment rationale, pre-lend due diligence to facilitate the provision of new or improved financing or vendor due diligence to support a disposal process,
- Advising on reporting accountant transactions, including the AIM initial public offering (IPO) of Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc and Critical Metals plc,
- Providing valuations for commercial, expert witness, matrimonial, shareholder dispute, transaction support, and financing reporting purposes.
Interests
Outside of work, Andrew plays rugby regularly for a local team. Andrew can also be found running, playing football, skiing or walking his Jack-Russell dog in South-West London.
