Swiss Managing Director Paul Tucknott responds to Great Place to Work certification
Saffery Trust Switzerland has been certified as a Great Place to Work under initiative which recognises organisations with thriving workplace cultures.
The certification process uses an evidence-based methodology across five categories: trust, maximising human potential, innovation, value creation, values, and the effectiveness of leadership. Saffery Trust’s recognition in all these categories reflects its commitment to its clients, its people, and its community.
Saffery Trust first established a presence in Switzerland in 2008 with its first office in Geneva, followed by its Zurich office in 2012. The Swiss team has since grown a diverse workforce of around forty professionals headed up by Managing Director Paul Tucknott, who relocated from the Guernsey office to ensure the Swiss offering would align with the group’s core values and deliver the same high level of client service.
