We are currently seeking a Trust Administrator to join us.

You will be supporting a team with the management of a portfolio of trusts and companies by assisting with the daily administrative.

We are looking for someone that will:

  • assisting with client onboarding and the formation of new trusts and companies
  • populating and maintaining trust and company information in the data system (PlainSail)
  • opening trust and company bank accounts
  • executing payments and other other bank transactions
  • setting up and maintaining statutory records
  • preparing trustee resolutions and minutes of director and shareholder meetings
  • preparing KYC packs and compliance questionnaires
  • assisting with the completion of compliance and tax reports and returns
  • producing financial reports and other helpful reports as may be requested

Your profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the trust industry
  • Further education, while not mandatory, is a plus
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking), other languages are an asset
  • Proficient in all relevant IT programmes
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and prioritise work appropriately
  • Dedicated and highly professional attitude with commitment to best practice
