Saffery has announced two mid-year promotions in its Geneva office, reflecting the firm’s commitment to the progression of its team members.
Siobhan Moret, who has been with the private client firm for over three years, was promoted from Associate Director to Client Director. Siobhan will also continue her dual role within the company as Marketing Director, with responsibility for the marketing activities of the Swiss offices.
Siobhan has a particular interest in digital assets and cryptocurrency, producing thought leadership articles on the subject, playing an integral role in the production of the firm’s digital asset content, and recently sharing her insight as a guest on the Finscale podcast.
Katherine Edwards also received a promotion, from Trust Officer to Senior Trust Officer. Katherine has made quick progression since joining the firm 18 months ago, taking on additional responsibilities and being an active member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Team.
Managing Director, Paul Tucknott, said the promotions were well-deserved:
“Siobhan has a thirst for knowledge and happily takes on any challenge. Her trust knowledge and experience continues to benefit both the team and our clients, and she works skilfully and empathetically, keeping our clients at the heart of all we do.
“Katherine is hard working, organised and diligent, and has proven to be an excellent addition to our team. She continues to develop and nurture her client relationships and recently played an integral role in successfully coordinating a time-sensitive and complex matter.
“I would like to congratulate Siobhan and Katherine, who continually strive to deliver excellent client service, and each reflect the firm’s core values.”
