Applications are now open for Saffery Trust Guernsey’s summer internship programme.
Four students will be accepted for this unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience at an award-winning corporate trustee firm, learning what it takes to deliver client service excellence.
First established in Guernsey in 1977. Saffery Trust is one of the island’s largest independent trust and corporate service providers, with over 100 employees. The firm specialises in trust and succession planning, digital assets and cryptocurrency, non-standard luxury assets, and contentious matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate entities around the world.
In addition to the client-facing trust and corporate service teams, the firm also has many non-client-facing support roles. The diversity of Saffery Trust’s services provides an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about the career opportunities available within the industry.
Interns will also have the opportunity to find out how the Guernsey office works in collaboration with the firm’s Cayman, Dubai, and Swiss offices.
The placement will run from 10am – 4pm starting Monday 28 July to Friday 22 August 2025. Successful applicants will pair up to learn from our experienced friendly teams including:
- Accounting
- Compliance
- Digital assets and cryptocurrency
- Luxury, non-standard assets
- Marketing
- People and Culture
- Tax compliance
Applications are open to GCSE and A-level/BTEC students aged 16+, with an interest in building a career in the finance and trust industry.
