Welcome to our inaugural Responsible Business Report. This marks a significant milestone for Saffery, as we know that sustainable success and long-term stability can only be achieved through responsible business practices.
What is it all about?
This report (covering the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024) aims to ‘set the scene’ of what we’ve achieved so far, reflect on the impact of our activities, and map out our focus for the year ahead.
Who is involved?
Everyone at Saffery has determined what matters to them most and has agreed on our collective priorities. Our Responsible Business Cornerstone (RBC) group, made up of people from across Saffery, guides our new responsible business initiatives as well as the development of our new responsible business strategy.
What have we done so far?
From completing the Business in the Community (BITC) Responsible Business Tracker® and finalising our materiality assessment, to highlighting our commitment to ED&I, these initiatives are just the start of our responsible business journey.
