In 2024, we assisted clients across various sectors with transactions totalling over £750 million. We worked with trade buyers and private equity, providing both buy-side and sell-side transaction support on both domestic and cross-border deals.
Throughout the year, we continued to observe significant activity in key sectors such as real estate, software & technology, and professional practices. Additionally, there was notable activity in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, as well as in travel, leisure, and hospitality.
Following the establishment of our new North West corporate finance and transaction services team in 2023, we welcomed Hemal Pandit to Saffery in June 2024 to bolster our presence in the South West.
