Saffery shortlisted for the RAD Awards 2025

RAD awards 2025

Now in its 35th consecutive year, the RAD Awards champion the very best in employer branding, recruitment marketing and people communications.

Clients, in partnership with their agencies, as well as in-house teams, enter their most innovative and effective solutions in employer branding, talent acquisition and employee retention from the past year. They are the holy grail of employer branding awards and Saffery entered the awards for the first time this year.

We are delighted to announce that Saffery and our partner, TheTruthWorks have been short-listed for our employer brand, Where Potential Meets Personal. It is a highly competitive category, and even being shortlisted is a huge achievement. The final shortlist (that you can view here Shortlist 2025) shows the calibre of the entries – Saffery’s employer brand is sitting proudly alongside some of the world’s leading household names, like Costa, Direct Line, The Met Office and Lidl.

The 2025 awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 30 January at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London where the winners are announced.

Mark Duhig says, “Launching Where Potential Meets Personal has been a great success, and this is just the start. We continue to actively work on bringing this to life for our people and giving it meaning. What’s most special is that this brand has been co-created from day one. Many, many colleagues and Partners have contributed to it and it was a brilliant collaborative effort between the Marketing and People teams.

Rhiannon Stroud, co-founder at TheTruthWorks says, “We’re so proud to be nominated for a RAD award for Where Potential Meets Personal. I personally spoke with hundreds of Saffery people and could feel the spirit and energy of the firm in every interaction I had. Our intention was to show that at Saffery, you’re a name, not a number and I love how this has come to life creatively in assets like the careers site, employee film and storybook. It has been a great partnership. Congratulations to all involved – and fingers crossed!”

Richard Crook says “The calibre of these awards are always of the very highest standard and it is a great testament to Saffery to be shortlisted with such prestigious brand names and campaigns. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for 30 January”.
