Five Saffery professionals recognised in Spear’s 500

Saffery professionals have been recognised in the Spear’s 500 Tax & Trust Advisers Index 2022.

Launched in 2014, the Spear’s 500 has become Europe’s most respected guide to the top private client advisers and service-providers for high-net-worth individuals. With research and rankings based on client and peer testimonials, editorial research, and face-to-face interviews, it has established itself as an indispensable resource, found in the private offices and homes of the wealthiest individuals and families. Within each category, Spear’s ranks three core tiers of advisers: ‘Top Ten/Top Flight’, ‘Top Recommended’ and ‘Recommended’.

In the Top Accountants and Tax Advisers index, Margi Campbell (Partner, Inverness) and James Sykes (Partner and Chairman, London) have both been listed in the Recommended category, while James Hender (Partner and Head of the Private Wealth and Estates Group, London) is listed as Top Flight.

Based in Inverness, Margi Campbell provides advice and tax planning to a number of wealthy entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, professional partnerships, family businesses and landed estate clients.

James Sykes has served as the firm’s Chairman since 2016. He advises wealthy private clients, including families with landed estates and growing commercial enterprises, and also acts as a trustee for many of the families he advises.

James Hender leads the firm’s Private Wealth and Estates Group, with particular experience and expertise in advising first-generation wealthy individuals, including entrepreneurs and financial services professionals.

In the Top Offshore Experts index, Nick Batiste (Managing Director, Saffery Registered Fiduciaries) and Helen Green (Director, Saffery Registered Fiduciaries) have both been recognised in the Top Recommended category.
