The content will cover the following:
- Financial reporting: UK GAAP, (including amendments to FRS 102), IFRS (including IFRS 18 and IFRS 19) and legislative changes (Public Interest Entities (PIEs), Transparency Act and audit & corporate governance reform)
- Employment taxes: Global Expansion (displaced workers, hybrid workers, UK in/outbound secondments) and local hires
- Corporate taxes: International (transfer pricing, company residency, permanent establishment risk), innovation incentives (capital allowances and R&D), and the impact of BPR changes for businesses
- VAT: Case law update, ESG and indirect tax, and data analytics
