Saffery advises on the sale of Ufford Park

Saffery provided sell-side financial advice to the vendors of Ufford Park Hotel Golf & Spa in Suffolk on its sale to Lion Quays Resorts.

Ufford Park is set in approximately 120 acres, and had been under the same ownership for over three decades before the sale. The acquisition of the resort for Lion Quays will be an addition to their current luxury property in Shropshire.
