Our Corporate Finance Team, led by Niraj Patel, advised Ryan on the acquisition of a leading grant writing consultancy firm, Granted Consultancy Limited (Granted). Granted provide end-to-end grant application consultancy services, including grant writing consultancy, grant project management and training services. We provided financial and tax due diligence services to Ryan in addition to financial reporting conversion work from UK GAAP to US GAAP.
The acquisition of Granted strengthens Ryan’s market position in the UK following its earlier acquisition of Catax, a UK based tax relief consultancy, and enables them to provide a wider service offering to both new and existing clients.
