Trafalgar Entertainment (TE) has acquired UK pantomime industry icon, Imagine Theatre (IT), aiming to build on IT’s 25-year legacy of family entertainment, and to unlock future growth opportunities.
IT is one of the UK’s largest pantomime providers, and also provides ancillary services, such as costume hire, script writing, special effects, and the rental of theatrical sets.
Co-founded by Sir Howard Panter and Dame Rosemary Squire in 2017, TE is a premium international live entertainment business focused on new productions, venue ownership, performing arts education, theatre ticketing, the distribution of live-streaming innovative content, and the provision of great theatres where people can come together to share in the experience of live entertainment. Best positioned to bring the unique IT brand of entertainment to wider audiences, this strategic investment from TE marks the first step in its vision to grow as an industry leader.
