We are pleased to announce we are now a signatory of the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter.
Ethnic minorities still face significant disparities in employment and progression, and that is something we need to change. The Charter is composed of seven calls to action for leaders and organisations across all sectors.
Signing the Charter means we will take practical steps to ensure we are tackling any barriers that Black, Asian, Mixed Raced and other ethnically diverse people may face when accessing Saffery and progressing with us.
