Vicky is based in our London Business Advisory Group and works with a range of clients, including groups with overseas subsidiaries and owner-managed businesses.
Her client base is predominantly medium sized privately owned businesses, across a range of sectors including recruitment, retail and manufacturing.
Vicky’s primary focus is to deliver excellent client service, making sure the audit process is not only efficient but also adds commercial value, by building close relationships with her clients and understanding both their needs and that of their businesses, going the extra mile to help achieve their goals.
As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Vicky is also a Chartered Tax Adviser, providing a wide range of compliance and planning services to companies and individuals.
Vicky is a keen member of the firm’s Recruitment Practice group and is passionate about working with women in business.
Key experience
- Delivering audits for UK and International Groups alongside component auditors in multiple worldwide jurisdictions in accordance UK GAAP,
- Providing value-added statutory audits with reports to management on risk management, key controls and financial benchmarking,
- Assisting UK entrepreneurs with various services across the lifespan of a business from incorporation, expansion and through to exit,
- Advising clients on a number of accounting and technical issues for complex and non-routine transactions, such as share option schemes and group reorganisations.
Interests
Vicky enjoys keeping active, regularly CrossFitting and playing netball. She also has a passion for travel and exploring new places, and will be visiting her 50th country later this year.
