Tom is a Senior Manager within our Private Wealth and Estates Group.
He works with a range of clients and specializes in trusts, death estates, and landed farming estates with both UK and international aspects of their affairs.
Key experience
- Providing trust and estate accounting and tax return services to wealthy family groups, covering tax compliance and advice to individual members and their associated entities, including family trusts and partnerships,
- Managing UK inheritance tax exposure during an individual’s lifetime and upon their passing including the use of trusts and family investment companies,
- Proficiently managing the intricacies of death estates, including strategic inheritance tax planning and efficient asset distribution,
- Providing ongoing advice to Family Offices across a spectrum of areas, including ongoing compliance, efficient administration, succession planning, changes in the tax regimes and assisting the next generation with succession.
Interests
Tom is an avid runner and represented his home county before relocating to south London. When he’s not pounding the pavement, he enjoys discovering the diverse restaurants and bars that the City of London has to offer.
