Saffery assists on McGinley Group’s acquisition of Creative Personnel

Saffery’ London Corporate Finance Team, led by Niraj Patel, provided financial and tax due diligence services to McGinley Group in support of its acquisition of Creative Personnel.

McGinley Group were named on the FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2018, and the acquisition of Creative Personnel means they now operate 9 recruitment and logistics companies across five areas: aerospace, construction, education and healthcare and technology.

Both companies will continue to operate under their own brands.
